Provide feedback to teams and individuals on their work
You
must show that you:

most likely to maintain and improve performance |

feedback which is clear and is based on an objective assessment
of team members' work |

feedback which recognises team members' achievements and provides
constructive suggestions and encouragement for improving work |

feedback in a way which shows respect for individuals |

treat
all feedback to individuals and teams confidentiality |

opportunities to team members to respond to feedback and recommend
how their work could be improved |
You
must understand:

Performance evidence
You show that you can provide feedback to teams and individuals on their
work consistently, over a period of time.
You must show, in your performance, that:

you provide both positive and negative
feedback

you provide both spoken and written feedback
|
| R3 |
you
provide feedback in at least two of the following types of situation
- during
normal day-to-day activities
- when required to maintain motivation, morale and effectiveness
- during formal appraisals
- at team meetings and briefings
- during confidential discussions of work
You must, however, convince your assessor that you have the
necessary knowledge, understanding and skills to
be able to perform competently
in respect of all types of situation, listed above.
