CPI Releases 2007 Annual Review

The Confederation of Paper Industries (CPI) is pleased to announce the release of its 2007 Annual Review, available online from the CPI website, http://www.paper.org.uk.
Key issues covered in the Review include:
- carbon footprinting;
- EU Emmissions Trading Scheme;
- quality recovered paper;
- health and safety.
Lists of both Full and Associate Members are also detailed within the review.
Included within the Annual Review for the first time is the latest edition of ‘Key Industry Facts’.
Designed to reflect all four Sectors of CPI Membership, this comprehensive set of statistics covers years 1997 - 2007. As well as giving a broad overview of the UK paper industries, ‘Key Industry Facts’ provides accurate statistics including:
- UK paper and board consumption;
- paper and board mills and employees;
- paper and board woodpulp usage;
- recovered paper markets;
- production of corrugated boxes.
